The average company now operates with 18% fewer SaaS applications than in 2022, reflecting a shift toward efficiency and consolidation.

The report also emphasizes the pivotal role of IT in driving business value through smarter SaaS lifecycle management. With 95% of organizations investing in AI and 60% citing excessive manual workloads, the need for unified SaaS management platforms is stronger than ever.
